But at times, luck is not what we think. When IIT's result came, Ankush was not named in it. Ankush was left behind by just 3 numbers, which made everyone sad. Ankush's father, while cheering Ankush, told him that no matter what happened this time, it will happen next time. But Ankush had taken this thing to heart. He was hopeful that he would pass the paper and was disappointed when he could not pass it. Ankush started living depressed and now his mind was bored with studies.
On seeing Ankush frustrated, his father also started living in tension and so he shared this thing with Ankush's Manoj sir. Manoj sir called Ankush and said "Ankush… come home this evening to talk"

Following Ankush's head, Manoj went to meet him and Manoj Sir took Ankush to the garden next to his house. Asked Ankush to sit there. A little sand was lying near Ankush. Manoj sir said to Ankush "Ankush..they are looking at the sand, don't pick it up and lock it in your fist"
Ankush raised the sand and as soon as he closed his fist, the sand slipped from his hands. Ankush tried 3 - 4 times but every time that sand slipped from his hand.
Manoj sir explained to Ankush, "Some things in Ankush life are like this sand, try to stop them no matter how much they slip from our hands." You tried your best to pass IIT paper but it is not necessary that you pass it, you can only try. "

"It is our duty to do our best to get something, but if we do not get that thing, it does not mean that you sit down losing your life." Wake up, work hard and try with full vigor next time, surely you will find your goal. IIT test was not cleared only once and admit defeat, it is cowardice and you are not coward. Now leave despair, go home and work hard, I'm sure you can do it "
Motivation from Manoj sir had a great effect on the marks and the next time he tried again and he passed the IIT examination.
